Tiffany was raised in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University (now Georgia Southern University), earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education (2005) and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (2007). In the fall of 2007 she began teaching, first at Gadsden Elementary School and then Garrison School for the Arts. She left the teaching profession in 2013 on moving to Decatur, Georgia, where her husband began his residency at Emory Hospital.

Tiffany was baptized at Victory Baptist Church, which was started by her grandfather, Rev. Robert I. McKenzie, Jr. She has been an active member of several churches and served in many volunteer capacities, including Becca’s Closet (Rehoboth Chapter), Vacation Bible School (Coordinator), and Rehoboth Recreational Basketball League (Coordinator).

In 2015 Tiffany was hired as Ciloa’s first administrative assistant and officially joined the Ciloa Community. Today she is an officer of Ciloa, secretary of the Board of Directors, and Assistant Administrator for ministry operations. Over the years she has also served as coordinator of advisory groups, managed the Ciloa Retreats, assisted in short and long term planning, and participated in the design and development of Ciloa publications A Note of Encouragement and MyCiloa, as well as Ciloa’s small group study on Biblical Encouragement, EON! (Encourage Others Now).

Tiffany resides in Statham, Georgia, USA, with her husband, Mitchel, and their two children, Gavin and Anabelle.
