Randy comes from a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, primarily in the banking sector, including SunTrust Bank and SouthTrust Bank. Before leaving his professional career after 30 years, he served as founding Chief Financial Officer of Eastside Commercial Bank.
Randy was born and raised in America’s Heartland, specifically Dayton, Ohio. He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and in 1984 earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, he moved to Orlando, Florida.
While he was working in Orlando, Randy met Lisa Milford and in 1988 they were married in Miami. They continued living in Florida, then moved to Georgia where they raised their 2 sons.
Randy and Lisa have been very active in churches and ministries. In their current church, Randy worked on several committees, including Finance Committee, Legal and Policy Committee, Pastor Search Committee, and Management Team. He currently serves as a Small Group Leader.
Randy and Lisa have supported Ciloa for several years and both have contributed to the Notes of Encouragement. In 2019, he accepted Ciloa’s invitation to join its Board of Directors where he continues to be involved in the ministry’s development and expansion.
He and Lisa live in Lilburn, Georgia, USA.
